Ruling Elder Keith Fisher came to faith in Christ in 1990. He has been a member of Westminster since 1994. Prior to being ordained as an Elder in 2015, Keith also served the church as a Deacon. He is is a lifelong resident of Vincennes.

Ruling Elder Ryan Bloebaum is a sinner saved by the grace of Jesus Christ’s unending love for him. God has bestowed upon Ryan many gifts and talents which are notable such as the way he thinks about numbers and the way his mind finds patterns so beautifully. He was blessed to have loving parents who were patient with him as he worked out his anger that built up from not being able to please everyone.

Ryan is learning the One to please is God. Our God is using the trials He allowed in Ryan’s life to be put to Kingdom use as Ryan is a pre-adoptive father to Noah who also struggles with anger as a result of satan’s attempts to kill, steal and destroy. Ryan leads his family to the Rock that is higher than he and who came to give life and life abundantly.

The LORD brought Ryan and Michelle together at Westminster Presbyterian Church as single people and drew them together into the covenant of marriage. God is still writing Ryan’s story and Ryan desires to come along side you as God authors yours. Soli Deo gloria!
